The label

Job Posting Nutrition Label

Every listing should wear these fields. Not in a tooltip. Not after you apply. On the posting — the same way food says what is in the box.

This is the Job Posting Nutrition Label. Ten fields. On the listing. Before anyone applies.

Source — Workday, Oracle, Greenhouse, JobzMall, a career page, or another employer-controlled channel. Who the employer is to us: official, claimed, or indexed. When the role first appeared. When we last heard from that source. Where the application actually goes. How the work is arranged. Whether pay is published. Whether AI wrote or rewrote the description. Whether the opening is still current. How to report it — and get a reply.

JobzMall launched this. We are a search engine and a marketplace, used across 140+ countries by 10,000+ businesses. No other platform at this scale puts a label like this on the posting itself. That is not branding. That is the gap.

A logo and a job title are not proof. A badge is not proof. The fields are what you can inspect.

We are publishing this as an open standard. We urge every employment platform to adopt it. Same fields. Same place. No fine print that hides the source until after someone has already sent a résumé. Food already does this. Jobs should too.

We are not asking candidates to trust a badge. We are showing them the source.

The label is the fields. The rights are the floor. Look up a listing and inspect both.
